ShepwayGlass is Part of The Charity Race - The Folkestone Coastal 10K
ShepwayGlass will be helping with the event logistics and will be providing the refreshments for all race finishers. As per the Folkestone 10 Mile race...some of us will even be running the 10K. Come down and support the athletes on Sunday 27th May. Race start is 10am from the former Rotunda Site on Folkestone seafront (CT20 1PX).
All proceeds will be donated to local charities.

More NVQs For The ShepwayGlass Team
Our installation and glazing teams received their NVQ certificates at the end of April 2012. Most of the team had already passed Level 2 NVQs. Some of them now have Level 3 NVQs while others chose to test their diverse skill set and now hold two Level 2 NVQs.
Which? Survey
The latest Which? survey has found that 'Independent Double Glazers Do Better'.
Their latest satisfaction survey of double glazing companies found that independent traders perform better and might even be cheaper.The four big national companies are apparently leaving customers less satisfied than those who went with an independent double glazing company.
As one Which? member said: ‘Local firms rely on word of mouth for their reputation and in a small town they cannot afford to let this slip.’

Race Director, John Thompson; "A wonderfully flat, 10 mile run along the Hythe sea front to Folkestone Harbour. The race starts off with a lap on Hythe Green, a short distance on a road closed to traffic and then along the promenade towards Folkestone and then back again. When weather conditions are right this is a great opportunity for a personal best. Marshalls and water stations are plentiful and the route is traffic free.
