Will someone visit my property if I have a problem?
Please contact us and we will endeavour to solve any problems you may have relating to our products. An engineer may well need to visit.
Do we need to be in when you come to install our windows or doors?
As long as somebody is there to let us in all will be fine. It is then okay to leave for the day but please make arrangements with the fitting team as to when you will return.
Is my warranty transferrable to the new homeowner when I sell my house?
Yes, provided the products have been maintained in accordance with our warranty and maintenance booklet.
Do self cleaning windows really work?
Yes, The coating on the glass will break down any deposits ready for the rain to wash it away. A hose can be used to wash down the windows in periods of dryness.
Will I need to clean self-cleaning windows?
You may need to wipe clean them occasionally, especially in periods of having no rain. There is a list of cleaning agents which can be used with self cleaning glass

What is FENSA?
When having windows and doors replaced homeowners must comply with current thermal performance standards and ensure that they get a certificate of compliance from FENSA or from Local Authority Building Control. FENSA also enables companies that install replacement windows and doors to self certify compliance under these Building Regulations
Do I need fire escape windows upstairs as stated in building regulations?
Yes, all of our side opening casement windows come with fire escape hinges as standard. These can also be used to clean the outside of the window more easily.
What do I need to do to prepare for your fitting teams arrival?
Please make sure the area where the work is being carried out is clear and free from obstruction.Remove any curtains, blinds or nets which are on the windows.
I have a broken window pane, can you fix it?
Yes, we can replace any broken glass, in a safe and efficient manner.
I have a broken handle, can you fix it?
Yes, please give us a call and we can send an engineer to your property, or alternatively bring in the handle and we can supply you with another
My window / door won't open properly can you fix it?
Yes, our engineers can normally remedy all problems with your windows and doors
